Yuba County Criminal Records

Yuba County criminal records are presumed open to the public. However, some records are not accessible under certain laws and circumstances. Per Section 7923.610 of the CPRA, members of the public generally have full access to basic arrest information such as name, birth date, and descriptions of the arrestee or the booking details. Get Yuba County Civil Court Records

The Civil Division of the Yuba County Superior Court maintains records of civil suits and actions filed and heard by the court.
